"Our call was an emergency! We were preparing to leave for a trip out of the country to pick up our newly adopted baby. Last minute preparations of the house the day we were to leave brought me into the utility room where I found standing water on the floor from the unknown leak in the water heater. I called Plumb Right who suggested turning off the supply to the water heater and draining the tank and dealing with it upon our return. Our return flight brought us home with our new baby at 2 a.m, 3 days after Christmas. Dale called us back the very day we got back, bright and early and was there in less than 2 hours to replace our old, broken water heater with a new, larger capacity heater just as we had discussed. What a pleasure to have such service - and warm showers after such an exciting trip!"
